Leading professionals from the music industry have come together to launch Pride in Music with the aim to help people just starting their careers to those who are filling stadiums night after night.
The plan for the new network is to provide a cross-industry network for the LGBT+ community and its allies working within British Music.
The group is also working to provide a rich and varied community for networking, peer mentoring, social engagement, access to the industry for underprivileged youth and education within all areas of the workplace.
Pride in Music will launch next month and is currently asking for your views in their 2019 diversity survey asking what matters the most to you and what people would like to get out of a cross-industry group.
